Owner Rick Doyle (a former restaurateur in New York and Las Vegas) fell in love with the small village feel of Bedford Street. Sample not only olive oil, but salts from France, Italy, and Hawaii, as well as locally sourced organic jellies, jams, and honey.

In the throes of the holiday season, Rick Doyle opened Stagecoach Olive Oil & Vinegar Co., located at 180 Bedford Street, and it’s been a revolving door of foodie’s, chef’s, curiosity seekers, and gift givers ever since.
